Today we created a pizza with Hokkaido pumpkin.
The dough was made with spirulina seaweed powder.
In the pizza crust there is pumpkin cream. We then topped the pizza with baked potatoes, red onion, pumpkin cream and beetroot sprouts.
I am very happy with the result. I think it is very original and tasty!
