I found the sauce on the bland side but loved the generous serving of greens
and carrots. The crunchy bits sprinkled on top - not too sure what they are - that replace pork fat add a nice texture to the dish. This stall has a wide range of vegetarian versions of local favourites such as Hokkien mee and kway teow. Uncle is kind and friendly too! During the CNY period there was a jar or two of vegetarian cookies which were offered to customers gratis. Even gave me a small bag so I could bring some back to work!
