Didn't taste herbal at all. Wanted to order herbal soup but the main herbal soup
stall was closed! First whiff was very vinegary-ginger. A little on the oily side. Had bittergourd, three large pieces of seitan(looked very much like meat it freaked me out initially), one pc of lotus root and some mushroom bits.
