I did a review on Fried Carrot Cake previously that I rate as the best

in Singapore because he makes his own steamed radish cake and that is all he sells. As Tang Leng Chye is a stall offering variety, the raddish cake is factory made, so it is harder and more starchy. So if I rate Aunty on her culinary skills to make this an awesome dish, she will get 5 star! Shr has the perfect salt level and not too salty. Plus she does this in buddhist vegetarian way with no garlic, chives and eggs. You can ask for eggs if you like. But because the cake is ready made, I mark the rating down slightly. Plus point is the stall is open til 2am!
