I can taste the Happiness in this dish of Fried Kway Teow. I am amazed

at how the 70+ aged aunty still whips up delicious stir fry with so much joy! Maybe I am listening to a lovely calm music or being in a state of joy myself? All fried noodles have some oil but the beauty of this dish is oil is kept to a minimum with focus on the savoury sweet & chillie hot taste. The green veg, bean curd and braise meat just collides into a fulfilling bite.

wouldn’t have known this stall was vegan/vegetarian wowww, they also added sth crispy to the

dish to replace the usual pork knuckles that added a lil sth!

Quite a decent char kway teow mee, although I would have prefer the chilli to

be stronger. They also added some really small crispy bits, which I think were fried tofu bits, for the added texture and crunch.
