This had wok hei & a generous amount of ingredients, including mushroom-based ‘duck’, soy-based ‘chicken’/‘pork’
(two of the tastiest meat alternatives out there in my opinion), carrots, lots of dark green cai xin & two ‘fish maw’ dough fritters. My omni dad was impressed (he had this unfounded assumption that young chefs can’t cook as well as older chefs) 😂 #horfun #asian #chinese #tzechar
