Come si vede dalla seconda foto alla vista sembra proprio merluzzo, la consistenza pure lo

ricorda, mentre il sapore un po' meno anche se sa vagamente di pesce. Comunque è buono chissenefrega se sembra merluzzo o meno 😅.
Viene accompagnato con una salasa che penso fosse semplice mayo con erba cipollina, buona anche quella. Le patatine sono di patata dolce.
