This is a really full period, that's why I'm mostly absent here on abillion 😭,

but I managed to have some material to review 🥳 so I'm glad to make this #firstdishreview for this restaurant in Zürich that opened its doors on Sunday 🥳 my husband and I were walking around the city as he convinced me to leave the house after one of my several meltdowns due to the final phase of the PhD... it has been a crazy weekend with a lot of up and downs, mostly really bad downs, so it was nice to hang out with him and enjoying the sun that finally showed itself in the late afternoon. We didn't expect to eat outside, but then we literally walked IN the advertisement for #veganburger ... we couldn't resist and decided to have dinner! Best decision ever :D it was Monday, the first opening day of the restaurant was the previous day, how great is that?
The bun was delicious, and for people loving sauces this #cheeseburger is ideal, as there is a lot of #ketchup and #veganmayo, but just one little slice of #vegancheese. I wasn't too fan of the #patty, because it was #deepfried and I didn't expect that. But it was good (just an indigestion during the night, later on), and it is made with a mix of #soy and #seitan . I mostly choosed it because there were #sundriedtomatoes inside, and I'm a big #tomatolover . Some other veggies: #carrots, #onions and #redcabbage. Theoretically there is also some salad, but I took it without for obvious reasons (pregnancy).
Price totally manageable for swiss standards: I think it was 16.50 CHF (or maybe 17.50?).
I'm looking forward of trying the other burgers, and I really hope this place will be successful! So let's go eat there!
