If you love croissant 🥐 as much as I do, then Sweet Pea is the
bakery for you while in Portland. This is the only vegan bakery in Portland that offers many different croissants & croissant rings. Today they had tofu scramble filled croissants, which I was very tempted to get but my sweet tooth won the decision making. The last time I was here I got a Matcha Coconut Almond Ring, and this Vanilla Rose Cashew Ring was equally as good. 💯 😋 It was perfectly flaky with notes of both rose 🌹 & vanilla, offering a subtle crunchiness whenever I got a bite with the sprinkled cashew bits. I couldn’t think of a better pastry to enjoy while in the city of roses. 🌹 🌹 🌹
