This is pretty much mango sticky rice with a few modifications. Not complaining cos
it’s it’s as delicious as mango sticky rice , my fav #dessert . I pretty much inhaled the whole dish in mins. #coconutlover

Honestly haven't tried rice pudding before so I was caught off guard by the warm
temperature. I feel like it could be mushier cos it feels like I'm eating porridge. Overall the taste is great especially the coconut ice cream with the rice pudding. If there were more fruits it will be even better tbh.
Sorry the lighting made the rice pudding look yellow.
This looked better than it tasted. The pudding wasn't all that sweet and was relying
on the mangoes to do the trick but I think I got unlucky and got some very tart mangoes my way! Even so, I'd eat this happily - it tasted comforting and healthy!!
P.S: It's really nice to see so many vegan options on their Carbon Conscious Menus!
