Loved that they had so many elements to what could have otherwise been a really
basic avocado toast. Came with heirloom tomato salad, pea and capsicum pico de gallo and kohlrabi which were all really well executed and gave a nice added flavor and texture profile. The star of the dish though I’d have to say was the bread itself, so soft it almost melts in your mouth while still maintaining to hold its own weight under the super generous amount of avocado.
