Tasty with a variety of ingredients. The dressing is vinaigrette but not oily.
our favourite salad! maybe because it’s savory and not just fruits hahaha. mushroom was cooked
well and was nice and chewy. lots and lots of garlic sprinkled on top too!
Smaller than both of us expected, really seems like they could have filled up the
plate more.
Unsure where the dairy is in this dish. Still my mum is a big mushroom fan and said she enjoyed this. Mushrooms were fresh and cooked well, it comes cold and she did not mind that.
