I’m on a road trip to Newfoundland and I’m spending the night in Rivière du
Loup, Quebec. The simplest dinner was to go to the local Subway to get a veggie sub. I asked for ALL the vegetables in this sub: lettuce, spinach, red onions, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, hot peppers, cucumbers. I can’t remember if there’s anything else. Definitely no cheese.
So good and healthy.
