i was really very surprised by this breakfast.
ströck is kind of a traditional vienniese bakery and i wasn't expecting that they offer quite a broad variety of vegan breakfast and brunch dishes. the vegan breakfast comes with a slightly toasted spelt bread with pea guacamole and a juicy tofu scramble topped with fresh veggies and sprouts plus a unsweetened soy yoghurt with homemade granola and topped with fresh berries and nuts. everything was absolutely delicious and so filling, that i couldn't eat until...
