This roll is something I get every time I come to Sticky Rice. The tempura fried tofu is perfect with the cucumber and vegan cream cheese. The vegan eel sauce perfectly pulls it all together. It’s savory and a tad bit spicy but refreshing with cucumber and shredded carrots. The only downside is that it is pretty expensive in my opinion, especially since I believe they raised the price recently. But I understand that may be due to covid.
