Powerful! So many delicious flavours. A cashew, vanilla & raspberry cheese cake with berry compote.
The base was dense and buttery. The raspberry cheesecake body was very light and airy & the raspberry compote was nice, sweet and tangy. 9/10

What flavours!! And consistency! And presentation. This cheesecake was everything! Must try.
I didn’t realise the base had coconut and I really don’t like coconut in my
cakes. I wouldn’t have it again, the raspberry part was good but not as good as I expected for the price it had.
