very vegan friendly cafe at lake tahoe, you can request to make a lot of
dishes vegan including this one. substitute with vegan cheese. wish they melted the cheese though. nonetheless still a very wholesome, filling nacho plate - incredibly generous amount of ingredients & super tasty 😋🤤
