The chef kindly veganised the gnocchi for me. I assume he left off the goats

cheese and Parmesan, but that definitely didn’t reduce the flavour. The butternut chunks were perfectly done and paired so well with the carrot purée and fried sage. The pumpkin seeds added a great crunch. #gnocchi #butternut #carrot #finedining #veganwine
