one of my favorite dishes from spirit elephant! i enjoy the baked crabless cakes, and

find that they replicate crab cakes very well. the cauliflower purée, sauce, and arugula salad are nice details, and even the charred lemon adds significantly to the dish.

Obsessed with this restaurant and this dish. They make the crab cakes out of

hearts of palm. Tastes just like the real thing.
