Wow. This was a mind-blowingly great dish! Such a cool concept- it’s basically tempura nori
sheets that create a crispy taco shell, filled with teriyaki mushrooms. The whole family [non vegans] LOVED them, and will go back to Soy Tokyo solely for the tacos.
Please note the sauce pictured here is not vegan - it’s got mayo, but they do offer other vegan dipping sauces [I had a sweet chili dipping sauce].
