Cashew Mac

A little pricey but highly recommended if you don’t know what to order in the

first time.

Vegan mac and cheese made from cashews. Not my favorite, but it was decent!

This dish made its rounds through my whole family. My husband ordered it for himself

in case anyone didn't like their meals so he could trade because who wouldn't love a cashew based Mac 🤷🏻‍♀️. My youngest ended up not wanting her meal but she said she wasn't a fan of the Mac either and ordered the chickpea burger instead. As she waited for her burger she proceeded to devour the Mac 😆, we made her share some with the rest of us those. It was creamy and though I don't usually like peas in my Mac I really didn't notice them in this dish. I would order for myself if not for loving all the other dishes they serve too and more, but if it was somewhere else without so many good options I would order 😉😂
