you all.😘 Thanks for joining me @kristig Though the restaurant isn't entirely vegan, they do have a great #plantbased menu with a heavy focus on natural, #organic and whole foods with a heavy focus on plants! They use very minimally processed foods, and make their own #dairyfree cheezes. This beet salad is the lunch portion (served until 3pm) it has kale, arugula, quinoa tabouli, roasted red beets, raw red beets, truffle almond riccotta, toasted almonds and poppyseed champagne vinaigrette. We also ordered it with tofu. The lunch portion with the tofu is about $10 and this is also one of their #glutenfree options. The almond ricotta is one of my favorites here and I've honestly really missed coming here. It's been a few years. The presentation was beautiful as well as the ambiance. It was such a great afternoon just getting to talk about life.
