I love that this came with chunks of seitan in the sauce, and the Italian
cheese they use on top is so great. It was a generous portion and very flavourful… overall I think I prefer long pasta, but this was grand. I’d never had vodka sauce before and couldn’t quite put my finger on what/if it tasted different to other pasta sauces (of course it didn’t recognisably taste like vodka) but it was certainly really delicious #veganisnotscary #day58 #1reviewaday
