Wow, never even thought of making tempura from ginseng since it's such an expensive ingredient😂

Personally I do like the flavor of ginseng so I think the deep fried batter covers the taste a bit too much, but this is a very novel and exciting dish nonetheless! Makes you feel fancy just picking up whole pieces of ginseng off a plate to eat😋
