Excellent server (Jackson) who knew what “vegan” meant!! He made the suggestion that I top
my tamale with roasted tomato salsa and pico. The black beans are vegan. Didn’t love the rice (weird flavor) but overall an excellent meal! 🌱 #uplandspeak
