Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi

Probably to make a note to self that gnocchi is best eaten with spice

super yummy, creamy mushroom sauce which i absolutely loved! gnocchi was good too

Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi ($19.20)

This smelt so good but tastes disappointing. The sauce was bland, not

creamy and we found the gnocchi portion pretty small.

I don't think I've had gnocchi since going vegan so I was thrilled to find

this! It has a lot of creamy truffle sauce that is nice. The potato gnocchi has more flour and more doughy than regular potato so that it can stick together - I like regular potato more taste wise. I felt there weren't as much asparagus and mushrooms as I'd like, especially for the price. I do find it a bit overpriced and would probably try something else next time. I think for this price it could do with a slightly bigger portion too, for I'm a hungry gal.

without the bell pepper. Truffle-infused gnocchi potato dumplings tossed in mushroom sauce. The mushroom sauce was not really thick and creamy; it leaned towards being light and healthy with the natural taste of lots of mixed mushrooms. Happy to have found this vegan gnocchi, as eggs are typically used to make gnocchi! Personally would have liked a stronger truffle aroma though! ($19.20)

I like the smell of truffle and the veg 😍 the mushroom sauce not bad!

But the Gnocchi I don’t really like to chew it 😂
