Very Meatloafy. I think it was made from Seitan. The salad was to die for.
The radicchio was not too bitter as it was pickled and had a nice tart pop complimented by perfectly roasted crunchy potatoes. The only downside was an overwhelming flavour of vegan fish sauce in the accompanying sauce it was a little overboard. I'm not sure this particular dish will still be available as they regularly change their menu. Definitely in my top 3 vegan restaurants I have ever dined at.
