This Japanese style vegan/veggie based pancake was utterly mouthwatering 🤤😍🙌🏻. So so soft and light with the most delicious vegan Mayo ever!!! If I could only recommend one dish from Sister of Soul I choose this!

This is super yum!! The pancake is super soft, with slightly crispy edged. Tonkatsu sauce is sweet, with a creamy mayo. It is filled with pumpkin, cabbage and zucchini. $13.5 for 1 pancake. #veganin2020
