My favourite favourite! Wish I knew how to replicate this dish. Really flavourful and the
perfect balance of veggies, tofu, and sauce. I just love it.
When we feel like a takeaway, this is our default option... and it’s always amazing.
Brinjal stirfry with Tofu - I opt for “mild” which still has a bit of a kick (in my opinion). Just the most more-ish thing. I keep meaning to try something else on the Simply Asia menu but somehow never do 😂 #greyton #supportgreytonfarmanimalsanctuary
