I got this with small rice noodles and tofu.

Doesn't look like much but this is spicy and delicious!
Lots of fresh veggies, and the 🌶 paste makes the dish. Only complaint is that there were very few cashew nuts, and those were tiny bits and broken pieces. #simplyasia
