514 is Such an amazing dish!!! Had mine with tofu which they added for free

Doesn't look like much but this is spicy and delicious! Lots of fresh veggies, and
the 🌶 paste makes the dish. Only complaint is that there were very few cashew nuts, and those were tiny bits and broken pieces. #simplyasia
I got this with small rice noodles and tofu. They have a few options for
hotness: standard, medium, hot or chilli free. I didn't want to be lame and get chilli free, but I now know that their "standard" is far higher than my standards and my lips were on fire for ages afterwards 😂. Somehow this didn't detract from the taste and it was very yummy. My only qualm is I would have liked more cashew nuts, but that's just me!

I feel like the 514 is the best order at Simply Asia and nothing will
ever beat it! The one from Benmore was one of the bests I’ve had! Perfect flavour and spice level (I get medium - I only ever got hot once 🌶🔥). This also had loads of cashews in it.
Just Simply Delicious!!! Love the veg and tofu and the heat.
