Multi-Grain Rice Nasi Lemak

I wanted a vegan version, so they took out the egg for me. Its been

so long since I've had nasi lemak! Love the chili! Has a lot of kick! The pumpkin was meant to act like the "meat" of the dish, I think its be beitter to change it to some form of protein, so that the meal is more well balanced.

Not the prettiest package but packed with nutrition and spicy to perfection. A great addition

to my vegan nasi lemak list!

Good taste, although slightly overpriced. Quite filling.
