I don’t even like blueberries and these may have been the best vegan pancakes I’ve

ever had. The texture and flavor of the pistachios work in here really well and the coconut whipped cream was like the icing on the cake. It was different that it came with agave instead of syrup, but I liked the change! The portion was also massive! I would come here again just for these pancakes.

It was a breakfast for dinner kind of day. These had blueberries and pistachios in

them and came with a side of almond milk whipped cream. I love pistachios and had not previously considered putting them in pancakes, but it it totally works.
