Ok I’m not a fan of Chinese vegetarian due to the gluten but my non

vegetarian good Friend suggested this place so I was up for trying. We ordered quite a few dishes like soup, vegetables, beancurd and so on but my fave was this yam ring. It’s even better than many of the local “zi char” places in town. I am not sure if the rest of the “meat / seafood “dishes are made of gluten or soy but the “sweet and sour pork” found inside the yam ring tasted as good as the real deal or even better! Found out they used the head of a type of mushroom to make the “pork”.

They even had the raw salmon Yusheng which looked and tasted just like the real fish ! It’s actually made of japanese konyakuu jelly.

I would say come with a group of friends including non vegetarian ones to try out their extensive menu, just like a regular local “ zi char” place!
