Got these deliciously fried salt and pepper king oyster mushrooms from my
favorite vegan spot. The saltiness and deep fried crunchiness is divine. It’s not healthy whatsoever but that’s ok once in a while! They tossed it with green and red bell peppers, onions and seasoning and it just took the fried mushrooms to another level. The crunch and sweetness of the peppers really balanced well with the fried mushrooms. This is an appetizer for 9.50$ and well worth it. I’ll definitely get this again when the mood hits.
