Nested in a corner of a quiet neighborhood, there lies a
stall named Guo Chang Seafood . The staff is very willingly to veganise the seafood hor fun. I asked to omit the egg.
It turns out very hot & delicious. I love it.
I like that the cook has added fresh Shimeiji mushrooms which is the first time I’ve seen in my hor fun. He also added a very generous serving of fresh vegetables & canned button mushrooms.
Most coffee shops in Singapore has a “zi cha” stall, which can cook a lot of veganised dishes for you. You definitely won’t go hungry ☺️
