This dish was INCREDIBLE. Oh my gosh, I wanted to eat more. The waffle it's self was great: fluffy inside, crispy outside and perfect sweetness. The seitan chikun was the showstopper. It was so crisp on the outside, and soft and tender on the inside. It was so flavorful and I really loved them. It also comes with whipped butter and maple syrup. I would highly recommend these. #veganisnotscary

These were AMAZING!! No surprise there though. I would never order waffles on their own, but I always enjoy them as part of this dish. The waffle is served with whipped butter and maple syrup, and topped with the best crispy seitan chikun and chives. I added Sriracha at home, because it’s obviously the only way to eat Chikun and Waffles. I love the contrast of the sweet and the heat. So good. I would 100% recommend.

Seitan's Realm never disappoints. Their chickun and waffles are delicious. Delightfully crispy seasoned chickun with perfectly baked waffles 😋 also love the atmosphere of Seitan's Realm with horror themed posters and a cardboard cutout of Michael Myers.
