from each sale will go to @sunrisesanctuary, and in addition they’ll be selling Sunrise x Seitan’s Realm reverse tie-dyed tshirts for $25 with all proceeds going to Sunrise! The shirts are in black, of course, and the reverse tie-dye adds copper tones in traditional patterns. The shirt has a Sunrise logo on the front with a smaller Seitan’s Realm logo on the left sleeve! And the shirts were hand dyed at Sunrise during volunteering by the owners daughter and classmates and she is lovingly referred to as Spawn of Seitan! 😊
As for the dish, it’s a bed of tater tots topped with housemade Barbacoa beeef, #vegan lime crema, queso, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapeños! And, yes, it’s as good as it sounds and all for a great cause! Edit: price today was $13 👍🏼 great dish and added addl pic 😊 Enjoy! ✌🏼

These tots were loaded with flavor. The barbacoa tasted like a pepper steak, drenched in

gooey queso, and balanced well with pico, pickled jalapeños and lime crema. A portion of every order went to help out a great cause in sunrise sanctuary! I even snagged a collaboration shirt. Love how Seitan’s Realm is so involved with the local vegan community. #vegan #friendanimalsanctuary #vegcharity #supportlocal

Buddy's Barbacoa Tatchos goes directly to the sanctuary to support Buddy and all of his farm animal friends 😊 Honestly not sure if I would have gotten this item if it weren't for that, since I don't generally love a #potato based meal. But that being said, this was very #tasty! I got one order for myself and one order for my husband, and while it looks like an appetizer, it is definitely a full meal's worth of food! In the future I wouldn't mind a smaller portion of this as a side to a sandwich; would definitely get again if that were the case. I loved the lime #crema and the #hot pickled #jalapenos which added a nice kick. Had a good amount of sauce and #queso so the #tatertots weren't too dry, which is my main thing against most potatoes! Definitely recommend.

In addition to the amazing food from @seitansrealmcbus, I love supporting local vegan restaurants in my area. The food here never disappoints, and being fully #vegan I never have to worry about accidental animal products in my meals! Also, the atmosphere at Seitan's Realm is so fun - the inside is decorated with horror movie themed posters and items, complete with a standee of Michael Meyers! I am a huge horror movie buff, so I love eating at the restaurant (as opposed to #takeout) when I can! And it's located in a fun part of town that's easily walkable and close to campus.

𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀 🐮are FANTASTIC. I couldn't stop eating them during the photoshoot. They have housemade Barbacoa beeef, #vegan lime crema, queso, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapeños on top of a bed of tater tots! $𝟏 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲! The #barbacoa seitan is incredible. I've never really had anything like it before. It's both smokey and tangy flavor with a hint of chipotle like flavor. The lime crema is also super fresh and a great addition to this dish. I accidentally ate a jalapeño which wasn't the most pleasant experience. I can't do #spicy in my old age.👵

Sunrise will also have special Sunrise x @seitansrealmcbus tees! ( limited quantity) Each one is entirely different and hand dyed by the Spawn of Seitan (my friend /boss's daughter 🤣). She and her school friends made them at the sanctuary. 100% of those proceeds will go to Sunrise, and all funds raised will go towards Sunrise Sanctuary's Legacy Fund.
