Vegan Eggs Benny

Super saucy delicious tofu Benedict! I liked that it had a yolky eggy sauce as

well as the hollandaise sauce, it was really tasty. However I think I would have preferred chives or dill over spring onions, and there was almost toooo much spinach for me! 😳 Overall, a very yummy, saucy, but quite expensive (£8.95) breakfast

My first vegan Eggs Benedict! The portion size was great although possibly too much sauce

which overloaded the plate. Tasty though!

I love how they used an avocado as an egg replacement!
