This sandwich looks a bit different than past breakfast sandwiches reviewed here. The swapped the grilled tofu for a very eggy tofu scramble. This is probably the eggiesr tofu scramble I've ever had! It was quite the mess to eat, but @jonok and I managed. The tempeh was amazing as always and the veggies tasted fresh. The cheese sauce wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping, but I like the idea. The sweet potatoes served alongside this sandwich were so yummy too!

This is classic vegan breakfast comfort food. The tofu was kind of bland but the cheeze sauce was great and the sweet potatoes were a nice side.
