This lunch menu sounded and looked pretty interesting and creative but unfortunately tasted only partially
as good as it sounded/looked. The miso soup way too salty and the taste of sushi was strongly dominated by the peatiness of the „black“ (red?) rice (left and middle row) and by the taste of the deep fried crispy topping (right row). I wouldn’t order it again but maybe try something else from the menu.
