First time at Sauté Sushi! The sushi train concept was kind of cool. Was quite
wow by this dish when it arrived because it looked so real!
Quite like the aburi taste in this aburi zalmon. Sushi rice was alright. But wasn’t a fan of the taste and texture of the zalmon.

the aburi mayo tasted great, especially as it had a slight sweetness. the texture of
the zalmon is uncanny and really helped me with my salmon cravings. though on its own the zalmon tastes nothing like the fish, when paired with the aburi mayo its very enjoyable and hits the right spot
No no no. I really disliked this.. The texture is definitely there, but there was
no torched taste, the sauce and zalmon itself were both pretty tasteless to me. Was excited for the charred taste but this was a complete letdown.
Ok taste wise it is nothing like salmon but I think it does satisfy visually
and texturally, which is important too🤣 and a great convo topic HAHAHA
This tasted pretty good and had a very “real” texture. My only beef with it
is that it pretty thin, would be perfect if it were to be more substantial!
