At $9 this was kinda pricey but the flavors were pretty good! Here’s the breakdown:
The flavors were savory with a nice spicy kick that’s not overwhelming (my stomach is thankful). It’s also chewy and meat-like (though not 100% like pork, it was a good effort). It was also crispy and a nice fried snack. The sauce was super good, it is where the Vietnamese flavors mainly come from. However, sometimes it has a doughy texture which is expected from most Asian mock meats.
This was pretty good but I think the price might make it not super worth it. Flavors tho were not bad and as a once in awhile snack, this is not bad.
