The Vikas 🤩

Ok seriously the folks at #saladstop have to put this on the menu and call it #thevikas 😄 I’d definitely call myself a wholesome vegan and this fit the bill today. I got a whole-wheat wrap with kale, edamame, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, avocado 🥑, cucumbers, olives and 2x broccoli. And just a touch of olive oil and lemon to bring it all together. Have to say this was the best thing I’ve had at SaladStop and I definitely will be back many times for this! Think I’m gonna start using #thevikas instead of #veganized 😂

Props to SaladStop for using kale from #sustenir. They’re a vertical farming company in Singapore producing super high quality, soil and pesticide free greens 🥬

Startup life and vegan junk food is starting to show on me and so I’ve been on a health kick and nothing could be better than my custom wrap at SaladStop. I get #sustenir kale which is hydroponic kale grown here in Singapore 🇸🇬 and a whole bunch of fresh veggies. If I could just eat like this all the time!

My workout schedule has been a real mess lately thanks to our beautiful 2-year old keeping us up all night so I’ve decided that I’m going to try to eat super clean a lot more to make up for it. I started my week with this custom salad wrap at #saladstop next to my office building. It’s loaded with all my favorite veggies and kale that’s grown in Singapore 🇸🇬 thanks to our friends at #sustenir, an indoor farming startup here. Putting this in my body always makes me more mindful of my health and nutrition and gives me an opportunity to give myself a hug 🤗 in an otherwise chaotic day!

SaladStop knows vegans do it better and so they hook you up with a free topping whenever you order vegan. They do the same thing for all the #zerowaste folks out there with your own to-go box!

Can’t get enough of my favorite custom wrap. The ingredients especially the awesome kale come together beautifully. I noticed they have some new dressings which I’ll be trying and posting a review of soon but for this one I stuck to my classic favorite lemon 🍋 oil dressing!

Overall one of my favorite lunch options near work in Singapore! The veggies are always super fresh and they recently added pickles to the menu which is a big deal! Love the #sustenir kale which is grown locally and the spinach wrap!

I really can’t get enough of this wrap! I’ve had to resort to going to #saladstop before 12 or after 2 so there’s no line and I can devour this in peace before running back upstairs. The struggle is real!

I think it’s fair to say I’m an addict for my special kale wrap at #saladstop. I love that they give you an extra topping if you order vegan and that they use #sustenir kale. It costs a bit more but totally worth it. This has everything I love: 🥑 🍅 🥦 chickpeas, edamame, olives, pickles and a whole lot of kale with fresh lemon 🍋 juice and olive oil.

I wish I could tell you to just walk in and order the Vikas but it’s not true yet 😘

Worked right through lunch so went down for a break at 4pm and got my favorite wrap. Another awesome wrap from #saladstop. Tons of veggies, #sustenir kale 🥬 and 2x edamame. Skipped the avocado today to keep it light!

Ok guys I know there aren’t a lot of benefits to the current situation with #covid19 but being an optimistic person I’m always looking for wins! And the fact that there’s no line at my favorite salad place near my office means I can get my favorite wrap quickly and get back to work!

Nothing’s changed about this special wrap. It’s filled with all my favorite veggies and I recently stopped getting it with dressing so the wrap stays dry and that’s made it even better. They haven’t named it after me yet but I have hope! I love that people ordering vegan get an extra topping too.

Can anyone guess where my office might be? On days when I’m strapped for time and just want something super healthy I run down for my usual. Today I changed things up with a tomato 🍅 wrap instead of spinach (spinach better) and spinach instead of kale (kale better!). They hook it up with an extra topping if you order all vegan but be sure to mention it first!
