We stumbled on the Royale Eatery which has a small kitchen in a market-type setting
inside the waterfront. They had a really nice selection of milkshakes including chocolate, peanut butter and one other. The espresso/coffee milkshake was massive and really delicious. The best option we’ve found thus far at the VNA.
