mushroom, tempeh and a Jerusalem artichoke vegan mayo - this was not bad! kinda like
egg mayo but with mushroom and tempeh. the tempeh added a really good nutty flavour and extra texture (as compared to just mushy eggs in egg mayo). have to say the mushroom flavour wasn’t very strong though and there wasn’t like complex flavours, just simple comfort food which i liked. served on top toasted rye bread! a good accompaniment
