I’ve been waiting a long time to try these and boy were they good!
The ingredients
are so fresh and served beautifully in a jar. Beetroot noodles, loads of veggies and the Thai curry “paste” in gradients at the bottom.
You add the hot water, stir thoroughly and then wait 3-4 mins for everything to combine and soften slightly. Then ENJOY!
The spiciness is just right, tingly on your tongue but not overpowering. The flavours are great and the whole thing turns pink 💗 from the beetroot noodles 😍
Like a posh pot noodle 😋
