Based on the beachfront at Aberdeen Esplanade, Roots Catering have been a very welcome addition
to the local vegan scene.
The burger itself is seitan in panko breadcrumbs, topped with a comforting katsu sauce and tangy pickle, with lettuce hidden underneath.
This is a MEAL and you might struggle to get your nashers around it, but you won’t regret the face mess as it’s so worth...
