Roasted Eggplant + Miso Dressing

Very delicious sandwich, very good value for money too. I will definitely be going back.

i enjoyed the miso flavours and the hearty eggplant 🍆 disclaimer: do not use burpple with this because they inflate the price of the set and it’s not worth it - you basically get the drink free rather than 1-for-1 as advertised!

Something out of the ordinary. The bread was fresh and served nicely toasted. Eggplants were well marinated. Its a little oil as they added olive oil but it goes well with the toast to provide an additional moisture and flavour. Bonus was that the eggplants were served warm too. However, at $10 per toast, not really sure if I would be coming back
