These look just like deviled eggs and the taste was seriously spot on, the white part had the smooth texture and the “yolk” was very eggy amazing!

Oh wow, totally thought this was a picture of actual eggs and got confused for half a second. “I am on abillion, right?” lol
Impressive creation!

My husband actually took the first bite of the white part and couldn’t believe wasn’t a real egg, they did an amazing job snd  the taste was great too 

I have made something like this with agar and mylk for the egg white and blended chickpeas with kala namak and mustard for the yolk. My technique needs work though, hehe.
