This potato was crispy but not too oily, with a piece of spicy tempeh bacon
on top. Some chopped greens with a cashew cream sauce on the side. This restaurant has a super cool vibe and even though they serve meat, they have lots of vegan options.

I would've preferred it had the #tempeh actually tried to replicate the texture and taste of #bacon, I'm big on realistic substitutions. But otherwise I enjoyed the #rosti with a generous amount of boiled #spinach and a delicious #cashewcream spread 😋
